Fiber Friday

A little touch of fibery goodness for the day.  This is a two ply yarn that was gone before I could name it.  I spun up a pile of carded clouds that I had on hand with two batts I got from Therese of JumpSheep with the Paula carder.  I wanted it fat and fluffy (I'm feeling kinda fat and fluffy these days).  And I wanted a lot of it.  I spun two worsted spindlefulls on my Schacht in exagerrated thick and thin then plied it with itself on my Green Girl Country Spinner.  It was a lovely nicely balanced 85 yards weighing roughly 7 oz.  I say was, cuz , it's gone.  I gave it away in the Dirty Santa on New Year's Day. Sweet Teresa (of Etown Knitters) got it.  The big smile on her face was cool.  So whatcha gonna make outta it? T?

  1. I wonder too what she'll knit with it. I'm sure she'll come up with something amazing.
