Welcome, come right in!

Blueball Mountain Spindle & Needleworks, the Yarn and Fiber Shop in Historic Downtown Elizabethtown KY, has become the focus of the activities of All One Farms. The Farm, itself is still where the Sheep are raised, Gardens are kept and large dyeing and processing takes place. We continue to live simply, still seek to be self sustaining and remain conscious of our role in the universe. Every day is an adventure and it doesn't always take me where I plan. More Yarn I Spun

Here is the most recent yarn I've done. On top of the pile is a sky blue blended with natural moorit (brownish gold). This is a 2 ply bulky yarn. I haven't weighed it but it 's a total of of about 200 yeards. The black is a true black , naturally colored, 2 ply yarn from my Ram Lincloln first shearing. It is so soft and warm. Shetland wool is just so yummy feeling and the natural colors are so soothing. Also shown is a natural creamy white , single ply, and a natural grey, single ply. A little chocolate brown is also peeking out from underneath. Back to the carding machine I go!
